Sanna Ulvila is a Finnish painter based in Helsinki (b. 1986 in Tampere). She works among painting, embroidery and collage. She draws inspiration and subjects for her works from advertisements, media and pop culture as well as from her photographs and surroundings. Working on these in a montage-like manner she makes new interpretations where the logic of advertisements, memes and dreams meet.

Ulvila graduated from the Free Art School in Helsinki in 2021. Her works have been purchased for the collection of the Finnish State Art Commission, the National Gallery, and the Finnish Art Association's art auctions, as well as for private collections.
