Tommi Lehto (b. 1993, Pori, Finland) is a self‑taught visual artist based in Helsinki, focused on painting and drawing.

Lehto aims to convey an emotional state in his works. His paintings are dreamlike and he builds his own unique world with its characters. The recurring themes in his paintings include the experience of time and the sea.

Lehto has drawn and painted his entire life and over the years he has carried out several interesting projects, such as designing posters on commission. He mainly works with acrylic and oil paints on canvas, as well as drawing. A former footballer says he begins his painting days with a run by the sea — “When I run, my thoughts clear up and I get into a state where the painting begins to come to life.”
