'Love and Anger' is part of a series of oil paintings on jute that are interpretations of images I received through a phone correspondence in the fall of 2023. The photographs were sent to me from a tree nursery in the outskirts of Warsaw, where my penpal worked as a gardener. The body of work turned into my masters degree project that I exhibited both in Stockholm at Galleri Konstfack in March 2024, and in Helsinki at Galleria Loisti in January 2025.
