Liar

Liar is a self-portrait inspired by Pinocchio. The face merges with camouflage-patterned tree bark, while a branch sprouts from the nose, suggesting the figure may have already lied. A bat, symbolizing nonconformity, appears in the background. The work explores the 'true self', questioning whether absolute honesty is attainable or desirable.

The work is framed with anti-reflective museum glass.
