Stool for two

It draws inspiration from painters and paintings who repaint on the same canvas, leaving untraceable echoes of the work beneath.

Here, multiple details reveal the object’s history, marks of previous joinery and traces of earlier attachments. The piece is made of pine and treated with pine tar, whose distinct and recognizable smell that gently lingers through spaces.
